1. What Gambargo is

Gambargo is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It does not place bets, does not connect to any casino or gambling operator, and does not predict outcomes. You watch a game elsewhere, enter the real result by hand, and Gambargo computes the stake for your next hand according to the staking system (Martingale, Labouchère, or the hybrid of the two) you configured.

Gambargo is not a gambling operator, is not licensed as one, and does not guarantee any profit or outcome. Any staking system, including the ones this app implements, can still lose money — the mathematics of the underlying game do not change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling-related activity in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Gambargo. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account and plans

The Standard tier is free and has limits on session length, history, and analytics. The Pro tier removes these limits for the duration of your plan. Pro plans are currently sold manually via Telegram; payment is in cryptocurrency and there is no automatic recurring billing — a plan simply expires at the end of its term.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, or to circumvent the free-tier limits.

4. No refund guarantee

Because Pro access is a digital, time-limited license delivered immediately after payment confirmation, purchases are generally final. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us — refunds are handled case by case, not guaranteed by these terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Gambargo to automate real-money betting on a casino platform — it is a tracking tool, not a bot.
• Do not attempt to bypass free-tier limits through multiple accounts or technical circumvention.
• Do not use the app in a jurisdiction where gambling-adjacent tools of this kind are prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that calculations will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we test the core staking logic extensively. You are responsible for verifying stakes before wagering real money elsewhere.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gambargo and its operators are not liable for gambling losses you incur while using any staking system, whether or not tracked with this app. Using a staking system does not eliminate the house edge or the risk of loss.

8. Governing law
